How long do orders take to ship?

How do I apply my press on nails?

applying your press on nails is easy! clean your natural nails, then gently push back your cuticles, buff the surface, file the free edge, wipe with alcohol prep pad, apply a small bit of glue onto the natural nail and the free edge and press down firmly for about 15 - 20 seconds. For a step by step guide simply scan the QR code on the information card in your order for a collection of step by step videos on how to apply your set of nails!

Can I customize your press on nails?

Yes, you can! To place a custom order, simply fill out the form on our Custom Nails page with your design preferences. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to you via email to confirm your order details and discuss any additional requests. 

What comes with my press-on nail order?

Each press-on nail set includes everything you need for application, and of course you’ll receive your nails, nail glue, a mini nail file, an alcohol prep pad, and an information card with everything you will need.

How long do the press-on nails last?

The longevity of your press-on nails depends on how they’re applied and your daily activities. With proper application, they can last anywhere from a few days to two weeks. For a longer hold, make sure to prep your natural nails properly and use a strong nail glue.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes! With proper care, press-on nails can be reused. To remove them without damage, soak your nails in warm, soapy water or use an acetone-free remover. After removal, clean off any glue residue, and they’ll be ready to wear again!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each set is handmade and customized, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

What sizes do your press-on nails come in?

Our press-on nails come in a variety of sizes to ensure the perfect fit! The best method most successful - the coin method (send in photos of your nails next to a coin), you can measure your nails your self using the tape method (measuring the millimeters of nail surface and input into a form)you can choose from preset sizes (XS, S, M, L), or order a sizing kit to find your exact measurements before purchasing a set.

How do I know which size to order?

If you’re unsure of your size, we recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing a full set. This will help you find the perfect fit for your nails! You can also refer to our sizing guide under the sizing page for general measurements.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards that can be used for any product on our website. Simply choose the amount and we’ll send it to you or the recipient via email. Perfect for any occasion!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We do offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. For specific details, check the shipping policy page or reach out to us with any questions!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick shipping. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change or cancel orders after they’ve been submitted. Please double-check your details before placing your order. We can however make some minor changes if you contact us within 36 hours of placing your order!

What if I have an allergic reaction to the glue?

If you experience any irritation or allergic reaction, remove the press-on nails immediately and clean your nails with soap and water. We recommend doing a patch test before applying the glue to your nails. If you have concerns, consult with a healthcare professional.

Can I wear press-on nails if I have short nail beds?

Absolutely! Our press-on nails come in a variety of sizes, and we offer custom sizing to fit shorter nail beds perfectly. If you're concerned about the fit, we recommend using the "coin method" to make your nail size perfect. Whether you have short or long nail beds, you'll get a stylish, comfortable fit that looks great!

How do I care for my press-on nails?

To keep your press-on nails looking fresh, avoid activities that can cause excessive wear, like heavy cleaning or dishwashing. Moisturize your nails regularly and make sure to store them properly to prevent any damage. With the right care, your press-on nails will last longer and stay looking fabulous!
